This page summarises the rights you have under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 with regard to the personal data that glamorixa processes when you use glamorixa.net or contact us, and explains how to exercise them. Full details of the processing are set out in our privacy policy.
Controller
The controller responsible for the processing of your personal data on glamorixa.net is glamorixa, 14 Garth Road, Bangor LL57 2RT, United Kingdom. You can reach us by email at hello@glamorixa.net or by telephone on 01248 370142. Requests concerning your data can be sent to this address at any time.
How to exercise your rights
Please send your request by email to hello@glamorixa.net or by post to 14 Garth Road, Bangor LL57 2RT. To protect your data, we may ask for information that confirms your identity. You will receive an answer within one month, and no fee is charged unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
Objection and withdrawal of consent
Where we process your data on the basis of legitimate interests, you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation; we will then stop unless there are compelling legitimate grounds. Consent you have given can be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
Your rights
You may ask glamorixa at any time which personal data about you we hold, for what purposes, for how long and with whom it has been shared, and you can obtain a copy of it (access). Incorrect or incomplete data will be corrected or completed at your request (rectification).
Data that is no longer required, that was processed unlawfully or that you no longer consent to us using will be deleted on request (erasure); instead of deletion you can ask for processing to be restricted. You can also have the data you provided to us transferred to you or to another controller in a common electronic format (portability).
Complaints
If you consider that the processing of your personal data infringes data protection law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's data protection regulator. We would be grateful if you contacted us first, so that we can try to resolve the matter.
