glamorixa wants glamorixa.net to be usable by as many people as possible, including visitors who rely on assistive technology. This statement describes the measures taken, the limitations we are aware of and how to reach us.
Our commitment
At glamorixa, accessible pages are part of everyday maintenance rather than an extra. Each new page and each change of design is checked so that text stays readable, the menu can be used without a mouse and no information depends on a single visual cue. The statement applies to glamorixa.net only.
Other ways to reach us
If a page on glamorixa.net does not work for you, the same information can be obtained without using the website. We can be reached by telephone on 01248 370142, by email at hello@glamorixa.net and by post at 14 Garth Road, Bangor LL57 2RT. On request we will forward the content of a page in another form, for example as a plain text document.
Measures taken
Pages are built with semantic HTML: headings follow a single order, lists are marked as lists and links say where they lead. Navigation and content form separate regions, the language of each page is declared, and informative images have alternative texts while decorative ones are marked as such.
Text, links and buttons are shown with a contrast of at least 4.5 to 1 against their background. Sizes are set in relative units, so text can be enlarged in the browser without content being cut off, and links, menus and form fields can be used with the keyboard alone.
Reporting a barrier
Please report any accessibility problem you encounter by email to hello@glamorixa.net or by telephone on 01248 370142. A short description of the page, of the difficulty and of the device or assistive technology involved allows us to reproduce the fault. We normally answer within five working days and explain what we intend to do about it.
Limitations we know of
Several illustrations are generic, and their alternative text names the subject without describing it in detail.
Standards
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. The site is currently partially conformant: most content meets the guidelines, while the points listed below do not yet. Where a requirement cannot be met right away, we provide the information in another way.
Preparation of this statement
The present statement was prepared on 22 October 2026 on the basis of our own internal assessment. We inspected the principal page types with a keyboard, at an increased zoom setting and with a screen reader; no external audit was commissioned. The statement is reviewed once a year and after any substantial change to the website.
